Osaka World Trade Center Building, Suminoe-ku Osaka

The 55-story, 256 m WTC Cosmo Tower is the second tallest building in Japan. It was designed in Nikken Sekkei + Mancini Duffy Associates, completed in 1995.

The top observation deck sits as an inverted pyramid in the sky like a jewel. Thick triangular structure meets the ground in a display of strength. It sits in the reclaimed Cosmo Square business district within Osaka bay. 大阪ワールドトレードセンタービルディング

The Asia & Pacific Trade Center “ATC” sprawls out at the skyscraper’s base. The complex utilizes offices, conventions, and international trade. Toshinori Teramto led this project.
