Bohlin Cywinski Jackson designed the Apple Retail Store on North Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Hoerr Schaudt Landscape Architects designed the green roof.
The simple box design has an entrance into a double space lobby, with a skylight overhead and central glass staircase. The apple logo faces the staircase on the opposite end. The exterior is clean white masonry, and the roof has green elements. |
