Temporary Art Museum, Berlin

Gerwald Rockenschaub, Bettina Pousttchi, and Carsten Nicolai conceived the exterior facades for Temporäre Kunsthalle Berlin at Schlossplatz in Berlin’s town center. The exhibit lasted from 2008-2010. The box building was dressed with a variety of fascinating materials and the 800 artists exhibited used modernity and technology in their art.

Austrian architect Krischanitz conceived a facade for the mobile art venue with graphic stickers that visitors can move around. This idea isn’t original. In 2003 Frankfurt was struck by a billboard campaign of stickers that could be removed from otherwise nude models.
